1) turn-key laboratory equipment for the fabrication of high-efficiency solar cells, including TOPCon, HJT, BC, PERC, and Perovskite solar cells and the combination of these solar cells such as HBC, TBC, HTBC, PVK/Si devices. These turn-key labs are capable of producing high efficiency c-Si solar cells on 3”x3” or 4”x4” substrates. _x000D_
